If your team relies on PowerPoint, then here's a few tips to help manage the distribution and uniformity of those files within 5x5.
Presentation decks can sometimes become bloated with transitions, video and outside links that can get broken when sharing across a large sales team. Not to mention that if everyone doesn't have the font set installed on their device, then font substitutions can wreck a deck. The simple way around this is to export the deck as a PDF. Everything is locked in place and you can still embed links and videos and pay these back within a 5x5 Stack. An even leaner approach is to remove the videos, export the primary content into a PDF and then import the videos and PDF separately. Now you have more freedom to decide which videos you play, when and for whom. And if you want complete freedom, export the PPTX file into images. Import them and pool them into a Stack as individual image items. Now you have even more freedom to adjust slide order, intermingle video or other PDF files and other image files as needed. And you have much more control over manual and automatic playback. It's like PowerPoint on steroids!
